Lead Time Policy

At Gila, each robe is thoughtfully made to order in our studio. By producing in small batches, we are able to focus on quality craftsmanship, careful finishing, and the details that make every garment special.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your order to be delivered to your area. Production takes up to 3 business days before your order ships. While many orders are completed sooner, this timeframe allows us to maintain the standard of quality that defines every Gila piece. For a more accurate delivery estimate for your location, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. During collection launches or times of increased demand, production times may occasionally be extended. Should any significant delay arise, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Seasonal Fabrics

Our collections are created using carefully selected seasonal fabrics sourced in limited quantities. Once a fabric is sold out, it may not be restocked. In the unlikely event that a fabric becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you directly to discuss suitable alternatives or a full refund.

International Orders

Orders ship worldwide from South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on your destination country, courier network, and customs processes. While we will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, international transit times are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.

Order Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey to its new home.
